Challenge Rules

Meowtion may offer optional weekly fitness challenges (“Challenges”) in which eligible participants compete to achieve performance goals based on skill (for example, number of repetitions, streaks, or other measurable activity metrics). Participation is voluntary.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Challenges do not involve gambling, lotteries, raffles, or wagering.

To participate in a Challenge, you must:

• be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher;
• reside in a country or region where participation in skill-based contests of this type is lawful;
• have a valid Meowtion account; and
• comply with these Challenge Rules and the Meowtion Terms of Use.

Challenges are void where prohibited by law. We may restrict or exclude certain countries, regions, or users if required by local laws, sanctions, payout provider limitations, or other regulatory reasons. We may request proof of age, identity, or eligibility and may disqualify users who cannot provide it.

Each weekly Challenge begins and ends at the times listed in the App. Start and end dates/times may vary by Challenge and by time zone. The App will display the current Challenge period and any countdown or deadline information.

To enter a Challenge:

• Open the Meowtion App during an active Challenge period.
• Opt in to the Challenge or begin performing the activity required for that Challenge, as described in the App.
• Complete the Challenge performance criteria within the specified Challenge period.

There is no fee to enter a Challenge. There is no limit on the number of times you may attempt to improve your score during a Challenge period, unless otherwise stated in the App for a specific Challenge.

Each Challenge will specify the scoring or performance criteria (for example: highest total repetitions, longest streak, completion of specific workout goals, or other objective metrics).

Results are determined solely based on performance metrics measured or recorded by Meowtion. No element of chance determines winners.

At the end of the Challenge period, winners are determined according to the scoring criteria described in the App for that Challenge.

In the event of a tie, tie-breakers will be applied as described within the App. If no tie-breaker is described, Meowtion may:

• use additional objective metrics (such as earliest completion time), or
• award duplicate placements or adjust prize distribution at its reasonable discretion.

Meowtion may verify Challenge participation and performance using automated and/or manual review methods. We may require evidence of performance, such as in-app logs or other proof, where applicable.

Meowtion may delay, restrict, or disqualify participation or prizes if we reasonably suspect:

• fraud or attempted fraud;
• falsifying results or activity data;
• use of scripts, bots, emulators, jailbroken/rooted devices, or automated tools to manipulate scoring;
• tampering with the App, network, or services;
• violations of the Meowtion Terms of Use or these Rules; or
• other unsportsmanlike, abusive, or deceptive conduct.

Meowtion may modify, delay, suspend, or cancel a Challenge if technical issues, cheating, or factors outside our control affect the fairness or integrity of the Challenge.

Prizes for a Challenge may include cash, digital gift cards, promotional credit, free or discounted subscriptions, or other rewards, as specified within the App for the applicable Challenge.

For each Challenge, the App will describe, where applicable:

• the type of prize(s);
• the number of winners or prize tiers;
• the approximate value of any non-cash prizes; and
• any special conditions for prize use or redemption.

Total prize value may vary from one Challenge to another.

Winners will be notified in the App and/or via the email associated with their Meowtion account, using the contact information on file.

To receive a prize, winners may be required to:

• confirm their identity and eligibility;
• provide a valid payout method (for example, supported digital payment services or gift card delivery methods); and
• complete any required tax or legal forms, if applicable in their jurisdiction.

Failure to provide requested information within the time specified in the App or in our communications may result in forfeiture of the prize, and Meowtion may select an alternate winner or choose not to award the forfeited prize.

Prizes will typically be delivered within 30 days of completion of verification and required steps, unless another timeframe is stated in the App. Prizes may be paid in a common currency (such as USD). If your financial institution, payment provider, or card issuer applies currency conversion or transaction fees, those costs are your responsibility.

Prizes may be taxable in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, or other obligations associated with accepting and using a prize.

If required by applicable law, Meowtion may request additional information from you for tax reporting purposes and may issue any required tax forms. Failure to provide required information may result in forfeiture of the prize.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating in a Challenge you agree that Meowtion LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible or liable for:

• any technical errors, interruptions, or malfunctions;
• unauthorized access or interference with Challenge participation or scoring; or
• injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or related to your participation in a Challenge or use of a prize,

except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Rules limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection or other laws in your jurisdiction.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to a Challenge, these Rules, or any prize will be handled according to the dispute resolution terms set out in the Meowtion Terms of Use.

Meowtion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Challenge or these Rules at any time, including if technical issues, fraud, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect the fairness, security, or proper administration of a Challenge.

If we make material changes to these Rules that affect an ongoing Challenge, we will provide notice in the App and, where required, give you an opportunity to review the updated Rules.
