By accessing or using Meowtion (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your region, to use the App.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store account settings.
• Payments and refunds are handled by the App Store provider.

• Do not misuse the App, attempt to reverse‑engineer, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.

Consult a physician before starting any fitness program. Use Meowtion at your own risk. Stop using the App and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

All content, logos, and software are owned by Meowtion LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non‑transferable license to use the App for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; see the Delete page for account deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meowtion LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post updates here and revise the “Effective date.” Material changes may be communicated in‑app or by email.
