Terms of Use

By accessing or using Meowtion (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your region, to use the App.
• Prize-based challenges and competitions within the App are intended only for eligible adult users (for example, users who are at least 18 years old and located in regions where such contests are lawful). Additional eligibility criteria may apply as described in the specific challenge rules.
• The App and any challenges are void where prohibited by law.

From time to time, Meowtion may offer optional skill-based challenges or competitions (collectively, “Challenges”). Participation in Challenges is voluntary.

• No purchase required; no gambling. You are not required to make any purchase or payment to enter or win a Challenge. Challenges are based on skill and performance (for example, number of repetitions, streaks, or other activity metrics). No wagering, betting, or gambling is permitted.
• Eligibility for Challenges. Only users who meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2 and in the specific Challenge rules may participate. We may restrict Challenges by age, jurisdiction, or other criteria, and may request verification of your eligibility.
• Official rules. Each Challenge may be subject to additional rules and details (such as start/end dates, how to participate, scoring, prize descriptions, and tie-breaking procedures), which will be provided in-app or on our website. By participating in a Challenge, you agree to those rules.
• Winner selection. Winners are selected based on the objective criteria described for each Challenge (for example, highest score, most repetitions, or completion of specified goals). Meowtion reserves the right to verify results, require proof of performance, and disqualify participants for suspected fraud, cheating, or manipulation.
• Prizes and payout. Prizes may include cash, digital gift cards, or other rewards, as described in the Challenge rules. Prize amounts, types, and delivery methods will be disclosed for each Challenge. Prize winners may be required to provide additional information (such as payment account details or tax-related information) to receive their prize. All taxes, fees, and reporting obligations associated with any prize are your responsibility.
• Fraud, abuse, and disqualification. We may delay, withhold, or cancel any prize, or disqualify any participant, if we reasonably suspect cheating, automation or bot use, tampering with the App, or other violation of these Terms or the Challenge rules.
• Right to modify or cancel. We may modify, suspend, or cancel a Challenge at any time, including if technical issues or factors beyond our control affect the fairness or integrity of the Challenge.

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store account settings.
• Payments and refunds are handled by the App Store provider.

• Do not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.
• Do not use scripts, bots, or any automated means to interact with the App, including to gain an unfair advantage in Challenges.
• Do not manipulate or attempt to tamper with scores, leaderboards, or Challenge results.

Consult a physician before starting any fitness program. Use Meowtion at your own risk. Stop using the App and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

All content, logos, and software are owned by Meowtion LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, including misuse of the App or violation of Challenge rules. You may stop using the App at any time; see the Delete page for account deletion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meowtion LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, participation in any Challenges, or inability to use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post updates here and revise the “Effective date.” Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email. If you continue to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
